本件について作成された行政記録の検討に基づき、司法長官及び財務長官と協議の上、私は、移民国籍法(以下「INA」という。)第219条(合衆国法典第8編第1189条)に定める関連事情が、次の団体、すなわちチョーネ・キラーズ(別名チョーネ・キラー・ギャング)に関して存在することを認定するに足る十分な事実上の根拠があるとの結論に至った。
Based upon a review of the Administrative Record assembled in this matter, and in consultation with the Attorney General and the Secretary of the Treasury, I have concluded that there is a sufficient factual basis to find that the relevant circumstances described in section 219 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, as amended (hereinafter “INA”) (8 U.S.C. 1189), exist with respect to: Chone Killers (also known as Chone Killer gang).
